We use innovative mind-body approaches to help clients do that through our signature online course, Compass for Emotional Health, individual coaching and yoga sessions, and personalized support from our exceptional team of Big Calm coaches. You will work hand in hand with a certified Big Calm coach every session. No video lessons. No groups of strangers. Just you and a coach. This is too important to do any other way.

We believe that traditional approaches to healing are missing something essential.  While tremendous healing can and does occur in therapy and other health care interventions, those gains are often inconsistent and slow. The Coaches

Each coach has a unique background with years of experience. In addition, coaches have been through Big Calm’s main course themselves followed by an extensive training program.  They understand what you’re going through because they’ve gone through it themselves. 

Each coach was personally trained and mentored by the person who created the curriculum: licensed marriage and family therapist Tara Palmer.  This ensures that the coaching you receive will be high quality, every time. You’ll work with the same coach the whole time. Our coaches are kind, caring, and highly committed to your growth and healing.
