Paula Darling (Coach)

Paula is a CranioSacral Therapist with an Occupational Therapy background. When coaching, Paula believes in a method that gives clients freedom and supports accountability. She values empathy, kindness, and compassion and aims to support clients to feel self empowered, in control and that they have a voice. She holds CranioSacral Therapy certificates from both the Upledger Institute International and Healing from the Core. She is a certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator.
