This offering pairs the 10-session Compass to Emotional Health course with an additional 10 sessions of coaching. 

This powerful combination provides additional support to help you apply the knowledge and tools you acquire throughout the course to the areas of your life that matter most. You’ll have the flexibility to use the extra sessions before, during, or after the course as you and your coach determine what best suits your needs.

Depending on your preference and the coach’s specialty, you can continue with regular coaching sessions or engage with other healing approaches such as trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, and more.  At your first session with your coach, you’ll discuss your goals and create a personalized care plan.
