Many of us move through parts of our life a bit confused about what is keeping us stuck from accessing the well-being we long for but can’t seem to find.  For each of us, the exact nature of the stuckness might be different- we might find ourselves lacking confidence, longing for more closeness in our relationships, feeling anxious, low energy, or disconnected from ourselves, stuck in our parenting, or generally lacking a sense of purpose.

What is Mind-Body Programming?
We are all “programmed” in certain ways—some of which are probably helpful and some of which are not. Unfortunately, most of us have very little idea what these programs are and how they got there. And, even if we do recognize them a bit, changing them can seem impossible.  We may find ourselves making the same mistake over and over again, overreacting to small things, or feeling powerless. 

This part of the course helps you understand the invisible programs you’re running and how they impact your life. We will pay special attention to the ways programs are activated in both the mind and the nervous system and why this matters so much.

The Nervous System
We all have millions of years of nervous system development playing a powerful role inside of us.  This system is always operating in the background, shaping not just bodily responses like an adrenaline rush at the first sign of danger, but also heavily influencing our minds.  Many approaches to well-being largely isolate the mind or the body, but this is not how humans work.  We’ll show you what’s actually happening and show you how to take charge of your well-being like never before.

Building Well-Being and Discovering New Possibilities
The last part of the course empowers you to create long-lasting and transformative change.  You’ll harness insights from earlier in the course, apply them to new learnings, and step into calm ways of living.  Along the way, you’ll challenge unhelpful patterns, develop greater inner strength, and unlock your potential. 

At the conclusion of the course, you’ll have healed parts of yourself, broken free of stuck spots, and aligned your body and mind to work together for your benefit.
