1.
Our standard charges are based on work carried
out from Monday to Friday, between the hours
of 8.00am and 7.00pm. Any work done out of
these hours may be charged at a higher rate,
but will be previously agreed between the
client and Big Calm.
2. You can employ us by the hour for one-off
tasks or buy discounted blocks of hours when
you need help with a large project or several
small projects.
3. We do not put a surcharge on the services
of any supplier we source. You will pay no
more for their services than if you had found
them yourself.
4. You specify how much time you want us to
work on a project and hence the cost, there
are no surprise bills and you will be given
a time estimate prior to the start of each
job.
5. For parties and bespoke events, you may
give us a budget and we will cost up a proposed
itinerary. In these instances our charges
are not by the hour but on a percentage basis
of the total job. Our charge may be either
hidden within the budget or a separate fee
as per your request. |
